The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Orlando Resort has everything a Muggle could need to live like a true wizard or witch. From thrilling rides that take you into the movies to interactive magic wands that cast spells throughout the lands, both areas are brimming with magic. One of guests’ favorite enchanted aspects of a Wizarding World visit is the special delectable treats created just for the parks. These items are inspired by some of Harry’s favorite magical bites and beverages mentioned in the series of books and films. Let’s take a look at 10 of our favorite Wizarding World snacks that are sure to please any hungry witch or wizard.

Chocolate Frogs
One of the most magical treats featured in the Harry Potter series is the Chocolate Frogs offered on Hogwarts Express. These are also one of the most popular snacks/souvenirs at the Wizarding World. Just like in the books and films, these are life-sized, solid chocolate frogs. You won’t have to worry about keeping your frog in hand though, as these confections have had their life-giving spells removed for easy eating by Muggles. The frogs come in beautifully decorated boxes making them perfect to take home to a friend. If a hunk of solid milk chocolate isn’t enough to excite you, these treats also come with a special Chocolate Frog wizard card celebrating a famous witch or wizard. Chocolate Frogs can be found at Sugarplum’s Sweetshop in Diagon Alley, and Honeydukes in Hogsmeade.

Fire Whisky
Our next pick is just for the adult witches and wizards. If you’re looking to take the edge off of a long day casting spells, you can do no better than the Wizarding World’s Fire Whisky. This cinnamon-flavored elixir can be ordered in single or double-shot form or get it as a mixed drink. While this version of the drink won’t allow you to spit fire, it can prepare your nerves for any possible encounters with Death Eaters along the way. Fire Whisky can be found at The Fountain of Fair Fortune, Leaky Cauldon, and The Hopping Pot in Diagon Alley.

Skiving Snackbox
Fred and George Weasley are well known in the Wizarding World for their silly shop selling everything a witch or wizard needs to get “up to no good”. Many might not know that they are also purveyors of joke sweets as well! Guests can sample their mischievous treats with the Skiving Snackbox. This box includes a collection of some of their most trouble-making candies like Fainting Fancies (citrus gummies), Fever Fudge (vanilla fudge with spicy, hot jelly beans), and Nosebleed Nougat (milk chocolate-covered marshmallow with pistachios). Skiving Snackboxes are available at Weasleys’ Wizard Wheezes.

Pumpkin Juice
This next treat may be considered a Fall/Winter brew, but it’s great even in the Florida heat! Pumpkin Juice is a sweet beverage pulled straight from the Harry Potter stories, and exclusively made for the Wizarding World. Just as you’d expect this drink tastes like pumpkin spice, but heavy on the sweetness. Plus, the bottles are adorably designed and add to the immersion of spending a day living like a wizard or witch. Pumpkin Juice can be found at many locations in both Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade, including Three Broomsticks, Leaky Cauldron, and various drink carts.

Wizard’s Brew, Hog’s Head Brew, and Dragon Scale Beer
If you’re a witch or wizard over 21, and Fire Whisky doesn’t ignite your Patronus, you might want to try one of our next picks. The Wizarding World has three special beers created exclusively for the lands. Hog’s Head Brew (an Irish rich red lager) and Dragon Scale (an amber lager) can both be found in Hogsmeade. While the dark and sweet Wizard’s Brew can be enjoyed in Diagon Alley. With three distinct brews, there’s a beer to please any palate. We recommend taking a trip on the Hogwarts Express to try all three!

Butterbeer
It wouldn’t be a list of our favorite Wizarding World delicacies without a mention of the most iconic offering in the parks. Butterbeer is an original creation for Universal theme parks inspired by Hogwarts students’ favorite drink. This fan-favorite beverage features the alluring flavors of butterscotch and shortbread topped with marshmallow foam. The drink was an immediate success when it debuted with Hogsmeade Village in 2010 and has since been served over 20 million times. Butterbeer can be enjoyed cold, hot, or frozen making it the perfect magical elixir for any season. Butterbeer can be found throughout both Wizarding World lands at dining locations and beverage carts.

Butterbeer Fudge
Drinking Butterbeer isn’t the only way to enjoy the satisfying treat. Universal has infused many snacks within the parks with the flavor of Butterbeer, to many guests delight. One of our favorite of these offerings is the Butterbeer Fudge. This double-layered confection features the distinct Butterbeer flavors of shortbread and butterscotch in a melt-in-your-mouth fudge square. Butterbeer Fudge can be found at Sugarplum’s Sweetshop in Diagon Alley, and Honeydukes in Hogsmeade.

Gilly Water
Casting all of those spells can really dehydrate you! To replenish your magical fluids, you’ll want to grab one of the Wizarding World’s fantastical Gilly Waters. While the bottle you buy is just water at first, you can infuse your beverage with a magical elixir. Each elixir promises a different magical property like protection from fire or inducing euphoria. While the spells promised on the labels may be dubious, the flavors are delicious and amp up a plain bottle of water to a fun interactive potion. Gilly Water can be found at Eternelle’s Elixir of Refreshment.

Florean Fortescue’s Ice-Cream
I scream, Dumbledore screams, we all scream for ice cream! It’s been called the perfect treat by wizards and Muggles alike and the Wizarding World has some of the most enchanting flavors around. Florean Fortescue’s is featured in the Harry Potter series and offers cold and creamy soft serve cones and cups. The best aspect of this spot is the fantastical flavors guests can choose from. Flavors include Chocolate Chili, Earl Grey and Lavender, and Strawberry and Peanut-Butter. Of course, there’s also a popular Butterbeer flavor that is not to be missed! Florean Fortescue’s can be found in both Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade.

Pumpkin Pasties
One of the first treats Harry tries after being introduced to the Wizarding World is Pumpkin Pasties. These baked pastries have a flaky crust on the outside and a sweet pumpkin flavor inside. They’re small enough to fit in your hand making them great to enjoy while casting spells or heading to your next attraction. We recommend pairing them with a Butterbeer for the ultimate Wizarding World treat experience. Pumpkin Pasties can be found at Sugarplum’s Sweetshop.
