Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort is a Deluxe Villa Resort located in the Magic Kingdom Resort Area on the monorail loop on Bay Lake. This ultra-modern resort hotel is situated next to the Contemporary’s A-frame tower that opens in the center for the monorail to pass through, and offering a spectacular view of Magic Kingdom and Bay Lake. Bay Cove Pool has a 20-foot-tall water slide surrounded by glass blocks, a whirlpool spa, and a kid’s splash area.
Guests can enjoy recreational activities such as motorized boat rentals, fishing, lakeside yoga, and a view of the Electrical Water Pageant. Other amenities include a jogging trail, tennis, and movies under the stars. Guests are transported to Magic Kingdom by monorail or walking path, Epcot by monorail, and the other theme parks and Disney Springs via complimentary buses.
Guests have several room categories to choose from. Deluxe Studio – Standard View rooms have 1 queen bed and 1 double-size sleeper sofa and can sleep 4 adults. These rooms have views of the parking areas or buildings. Rooms can be upgraded to views of the lake or theme park. Studios include a kitchenette with small fridge and microwave, and a balcony.
Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort also offers 1 and 2 Bedroom Villas and 3 Bedroom Grand Villas. Great for families, these villas include a full kitchen, a dining area, balcony, and a washer & dryer.
Nearby quick service dining options here include Contempo Café, The Sand Bar and Contemporary Grounds. Nearby table service restaurants are The Wave… of American Flavors, Chef Mickey’s, and California Grill Lounge. Specialty dining options include Highway in the Sky Dine Around.
