Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas – Kidani Village is a Deluxe Villa Resort located in the Animal Kingdom® Resort Area. This horseshoe-shaped resort is inspired by the traditional African kraal and provides views of lush savannas that are home to over 200 hoofed animals and birds. There’s one pool at this resort, the Samawati Springs Pool. This zero-entry pool has a 128-foot waterslide. Nearby is Uwanja Camp, a water playground with 3 areas for kids of all ages. Don’t forget to pop over to Departure Zone where you’ll find a leaky water tower and water cannons! Just a short walk away at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge is Uzima Springs Pool. This pool faces the Uzima Savanna and is surrounded by a large canopy of trees and Floridian palms. This zero-entry pool holds more than 234,000 gallons of water along with a 67-foot-long water slide.

Guests can enjoy recreational activities such as an evening campfire, and watching the animals on the savanna during the day and with night vision goggles at dusk. Other amenities include a community hall, Safari So Good Arcade, self-service laundry, movies under the stars, and Survival of the Fittest Fitness Center. Guests are transported to the theme parks and Disney Springs via complimentary buses.

Guests have several room categories to choose from. Studio – Value and Deluxe Studio – Standard View rooms have 1 queen bed plus 1 double-size sleeper sofa and can sleep 4 adults, with views of the parking areas or landscaping. Rooms can be upgraded to Deluxe Studio – Savanna View. Studios include a kitchenette with small fridge and microwave, and a balcony. This resort also offers 1 and 2 Bedroom Villas and 3 Bedroom Grand Villas. Great for families, these villas include a full kitchen, a dining area, balcony, and a washer & dryer.

Dining options here include Maji Pool Bar, and Sanaa which features satisfying African cuisine. Nearby specialty dining options include Dine with an Animal Specialist, Jiko Wine Tasting, and Wanyama Safari and Dinner.
