Disney’s BoardWalk Villas is a Deluxe Villa Resort located in the Epcot Resort Area on Crescent Lake. This resort is designed after a turn-of-the-century Atlantic City hotel. Discover carnival games, dining, and nightlife on the Coney Island-style boardwalk. The feature pool – Luna Park Pool – is carnival-themed with a 200-foot-long water slide and spraying elephant statues! There is a whirlpool spa and a splash area nearby. There are 2 additional leisure pools in other areas of the resort.

Guests can enjoy recreational activities such as yoga on the lawn, miniature golf, surrey bike rentals, fishing, and campfires. Other amenities include a jogging trail, tennis, and movies under the stars. Guests are transported to Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios by water taxi or walking path, and the other theme parks and Disney Springs via complimentary buses.

Guests have several room categories to choose from. Deluxe Studio – Standard View rooms have 1 queen bed, 1 double-size sleeper sofa, and 1 single pull down bed. These rooms can sleep 5 adults, with views of the parking areas, or resort grounds.

Studios include a kitchenette with small fridge and microwave, and a balcony. Disney’s BoardWalk Villas also offers 1 and 2 Bedroom Villas and 3 Bedroom Grand Villas. Great for families, these villas include a full kitchen, a dining area, and balcony.

Quick service dining options here include BoardWalk Bakery, Ample Hills Creamery, Pizza window. Lounges include Abracadabar and Belle Vue Lounge. Table service restaurants are Flying Fish, Big River Grille & Brewing Works, ESPN Club and Trattoria al Forno.
