Disney’s Port Orleans Resort -Riverside is a Moderate Resort located in the Disney Springs Resort Area. Turn back time and enter a romantic and rural Louisiana where the mansions of Magnolia Bend and the cottages of Alligator Bayou welcome you. There are 6 pools here for guests to enjoy. Cross over the bridge to Ol’ Man Island, a 3.5 acre refuge with a swimmin’ hole fashioned after an abandoned sawmill.

Guests can enjoy recreational activities such as poolside yoga, horse-drawn carriage rides, campfire on de’ Bayou, surrey bike rentals, and fishing. Other amenities include a jogging trail, playground, the Medicine Show Arcade, self-service laundry, and movies under the stars. Guests are transported to the theme parks, via complimentary buses, and Disney Springs via water taxi.

Nearby are a whirlpool tub and kiddie pool. There are 5 leisure pools throughout the resort that offer guests a more relaxing option.

Guests have several category options from which to choose. Most rooms offer 2 queen beds or 1 king bed, some with a 1 child-sized pull-down bed (5th sleeper). If you are a family of 4 and want to make sure you have that child-sized bed, you should reserve a Standard View – 5th Sleeper. Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside is popular for its magical Royal Guest Rooms. These rooms have a royal theme featuring Princess Tiana and her friends.
