The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort is a Campground Resort located in the Magic Kingdom Resort Area.  This resort features 750 acres of pine and cypress forest and is themed after the timeless beauty of the American frontier.  There are even deer, rabbits, ducks, and armadillos that roam this picture-perfect backcountry retreat! Guests are transported to the theme parks, as well as Disney Springs, via complimentary buses and via boat.

There are 2 pools for guests to enjoy.  The Meadow Swimmin’ Pool includes a corkscrew waterslide, whirlpool spa, and a fort-themed water play area with toddler-friendly slides.  The Wilderness Swimmin’ Pool is the quiet pool that can be enjoyed by all ages and also includes a whirlpool spa. Golf Carts can be rented by those guests staying here.  There are also some unique recreation activities found here such as archery, horseback riding, pony rides, and canoeing. Additional amenities found at this resort include a jogging trail, volleyball, playgrounds, arcades, horse-drawn carriage rides, basketball courts, rentals (kayak, canoe, motorized boat, bike), fishing and self-service laundry rooms.  Chip ‘N’ Dale’s Campfire Sing-A-Long can also be found here.

Guests have 5 different campsites to choose from when booking their stay here.  Each category can accommodate up to 10 Adults. The Premium Campsite has enough room for a larger style RV and accommodates equipment on a concrete pad up to 18 feet by 60 feet. There is a sewage hook-up. The Preferred Campsite is located close to the marina. This option has enough room for an RV plus a small tent. It accommodates equipment on a concrete pad up to 10 feet by 45 feet. There is a sewage hook-up. The Full Hook-Up Campsite has enough room for an RV plus a tent. It accommodates equipment on a concrete pad up to 10 feet by 50 feet. It also has a sewage hook-up. The Premium Meadow Campsite includes room for a larger style RV. It accommodates equipment on a concrete pad up to 18 feet by 60 feet. There is a sewage hook-up. The location of this campsite is in close proximity to Meadow Trading Post, Meadow Recreation Center, Bike Barn, and Campfire Area. The Tent or Pop-Up Campsite has enough room for a pop-up camper or a camper van-type vehicle and up to 2 tents. It accommodates equipment on a concrete pad up to 10 feet by 25 feet.
