Le Cellier Steakhouse in the Canada pavilion of Epcot’s World Showcase is one of Walt Disney World’s most popular restaurants. This Signature dining location offers guests a menu of regional cuisine inspired by the provinces of Canada in a classic wine cellar setting. The name translates to “the cellar” and the atmosphere provides a cozy and romantic setting for a sumptuous meal.
Le Cellier is themed after classic Canadian châteaus featuring stone arches, wood-paneled walls and candlelit sconces invoking the wine cellars of the country’s grand château-style hotels. There are also many wines on display that are actually featured on the menu. The dining rooms are somewhat dimly lit and contain no windows which give the location an intimate feel not usually found in theme park restaurants. This makes the restaurant one of our favorite choices for a romantic date night at Walt Disney World.
Le Cellier serves a classic menu of steakhouse favorites like Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup, Oysters Trudeau, Filet Mignon, and Poutine. We highly recommend starting your meal with the scrumptious Pumpkin Ale Steamed Mussels. A number of enhancements like Gorgonzola-creamed Spinach and Sautéed Asparagus with Béarnaise can be added to the main course. Guests can finish their meal with Le Cellier’s signature dessert of Maple Crème Brûlée. Adults can complement their meal with fine Canadian wine, chosen from the vintages displayed in cases surrounding the restaurant’s intimate interior. Beer and specialty cocktails are also available.
As with all Table Service locations at Walt Disney World, reservations are accepted beginning at 180 days prior to arrival and highly suggested. Le Cellier accepts Disney Dining Plans but is considered a Signature Dining location and will require 2 Table Service credits per person. A credit card is required for your reservation and a $10 per person no-show fee will be charged if you don’t show up or cancel at least 24 hours prior.
