This morning we were able to take advantage of the return of this special offering they only offer on Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 2pm. We made reservations ahead of time on OpenTable. Make sure you look plenty enough in advance as the brunch books up so fast!
The Wine Country Brunch features an a la carte menu of Starters, Boards, Main Plates, Sweets, and Sides. There is also a special “Spritzes and Spirits” menu with specialty drinks but you can also order off the full drink menu during brunch.
One of the things we loved was the paper bag that was brought to the table to keep our face masks while we enjoyed our meal! This kept them out of the way and clean while we enjoyed our drinks and food.
For starters, we enjoyed the Big Board and some mimosas! Because, why not? YOLO! We can’t come to Wine Bar and not get the Big Board…
For our meal we tried a few different things. First, the Steak & Egg Frites: A HUGE plate of seasoned crispy fries topped with skirt steak, eggs, and a sriracha hollandaise.
Next up, French Toast: This isn’t your mamas French toast! This soft brioche has a special treat oozing from in between the bread! Mascarpone & caramel add just the right amount of sweetness. The fruit was perfect and super fresh!
Saving the best for last… The Burrata: Candied bacon and avocado atop delish ciabatta with burrata cheese drizzled with olive oil… Absolutely incredible!
We really wanted to try dessert but had no room left! If you are heading to Disney Springs on the weekend soon, we STRONGLY suggest to snag reservations for Wine Country Brunch at Wine Bar George. You will not be disappointed.
