After Cinderella Castle sat silent for 116 days, Walt Disney World® reopened on July 11th, 2020. To control the crowd levels and enforce the new social distancing guidelines, a new Park Reservation system was implemented.
This morning, Walt Disney World® packages for the remainder of 2021 were opened up to book. In addition to these package dates, additional park reservations were listed. You can now book park reservations through January 14th, 2022.
With the extension of the park reservation through January 2022, it looks like this new system is here to stay, at least for a while. A valid Annual Pass or theme park ticket is required to make a Disney Park Pass reservation. As a reminder, Annual Passholders are limited to three rolling Park Pass reservations at a time, in addition to any acquired via a Disney Resort hotel stay.
We STRONGLY suggest using a travel advisor/agent to book your trip to Walt Disney World® to maximize your experience. There is so much to take into consideration now with the new guidelines.
