Yesterday was a big day for news and details of the future of Disney parks. Josh D’Amaro shared plans for projects already underway and what we can expect from Disney going forward.
One of the future projects is the opening of Buean Vist St at Downtown Disney. Since Disneyland isn’t allowed to reopen at this time, the street will be opened offering a place to shop and dine.
Carthay Circle Restaurant is one of the dining locations reopening during this next phase. Beginning Novemeber 19th, 2020 Disney will introduce” Carthay Circle Lounge- Alfresco Dining,” a new outdoor dining experience featuring flavorful Mediterranean-California fare and terrific views of Buena Vista Street. At this time, this restaurant will use a mobile waitlist system throughout the day to manage the number of guests dining when the location is at capacity.
Stay tuned for updates on Downtown Disney and Buena Vista St as Governor Newsom has just announced plans to move Orange County and surrounding areas back to the “Red Phase” and reinstate a curfew.
