Disneyland Paris Will Not Reopen for Christmas as Planned

This afternoon it was announced that French President Emmanuel Macron has ruled out opening of the Disneyland Paris theme parks over the Christmas holidays. As a result, Disneyland Paris will now reopen on February 13, 2021.

Back at the end of October, Disneyland Paris announced a temporarily closure again as France entered a second nationwide lockdown to curb a surge in coronavirus infections.

Originally, there were hopes to open for the holiday season and Disneyland Paris had taken reservations from December 19 through January 3 “based on prevailing conditions and government guidance at that time.”
