This evening, Downtown Disney was hit with another round of bad news. In addition to the announcement that another 3000 Cast Members have been let go, a new stay at home order has been put into effect for Orange County California.
Because of this new stay at home order, Downtown Disneyland has been forced to close a portion of their dining options. Take a look at the new update on the Disneyland website:
- While the Downtown Disney District has begun a phased reopening, beginning Dec. 7, restaurants and dining locations that do not offer take-out will close. Retail locations will remain open.
- The Hotels of the Disneyland Resort remain closed and will reopen at a later date.
- Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park remain closed and will reopen at a later date, pending state and local government approvals.
At this time there is no word on which locations will stay open and which will close. We will give you more information as we receive it.
