Disney Skyliner Temporarily Closing for Refurbishment

| | |

The Disney Skyliner is a popular method of transportation at the Walt Disney World Resort. Next week, part of the Disney Skyliner is temporarily closing for refurbishment.

The closure will affect part of the Disney Skyliner route. It will not be available for guests traveling between Disney’s Riviera Resort, Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, and EPCOT.

This closure has been posted on the Walt Disney World Resort website for quite some time, but this is a reminder to help you plan accordingly. It will be a brief closure, from January 23 – January 28, 2022. It is common for refurbishments to take place at this time of year.

Complimentary bus service will be available during the closure. For guests traveling to Disney’s Hollywood Studios from EPCOT, the Friendship Boats are a good option. In addition, there is a walking path.

The Disney Skyliner remains open for guests visiting Disney’s Hollywood Studios. In addition, guests staying at Disney’s Pop Century Resort and Disney’s Art of Animation Resort can also use it to get to Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Although the Disney Skyliner is temporarily closing for refurbishment, there are other options to help you navigate the resort. Be sure to plan accordingly and enjoy your time!
