The perfect way to end your day after traveling around the World Showcase is by watching the new fireworks show at EPCOT. You may be wondering where the best spot to watch is. This is your complete EPCOT fireworks guide.

The Show

Harmonious is the all-new show at EPCOT, debuting in October 2021. It is one of the largest nighttime shows ever created for Disney Parks and celebrates cultures from around the world. The show features beloved Disney music from a culturally diverse group of 240 artists. In addition, there are projections, lights, and of course, fireworks – all with a 360-degree view! The show is great for the whole family and includes your favorite Disney stories such as Coco, Princess and the Frog, The Lion King, Moana, and more. Unity is the powerful theme of this show and it shines through in every aspect.

Where to Watch

Since Harmonious takes place in the World Showcase Lagoon, there are many options for great views of the show. Here, we detail the best locations, starting at the entrance from Future World.

Entrance to the World Showcase

As you walk into the World Showcase from Future World, there is a great location to watch Harmonious between the two shops. This spot is at the front and center of the show and tends to fill up quickly so arrive a bit earlier if this is your preferred view.

There is a reserved location for guests who are using scooters or wheelchairs as well. Cast members will direct you accordingly.

United Kingdom

In the United Kingdom pavilion, there are a few spots along the water that offer a good view of the nighttime show. Try to avoid the trees, as this will certainly obstruct your view of the higher fireworks. You may need to walk further down toward the Canada pavilion. Sometimes, some of the space here is reserved for guests in wheelchairs or scooters, especially during busier times.

It is here, at the Rose & Crown, where you may purchase a dining package that includes a preferred viewing spot. The meal includes three courses and your choice of beverage. The package can be booked up to 60 days in advance and does require pre-payment.

Bridge to France

As you walk through the United Kingdom and past the back entrance of EPCOT, known as the International Gateway, there is a bridge that goes into the France Pavilion. Although this is not necessarily the best view of the show, it is a good option.

Morocco

If you would like guaranteed seating for the show, consider a dining reservation at Spice Road Table. Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance. There is a prix fixe menu where you choose:

• Two small plates
• Dessert platter
• Unlimited beverages

Enjoy your meal in the covered outdoor dining area and then sit back and enjoy the beauty of Harmonious!

Japan

As you enter the Japan pavilion from Morocco, walk past the red structure in the water, known as a torii gate. Find a spot along the water and the railing for what we think is one of the best views of the show.

In addition, if you would like to enjoy a meal as you watch the show, consider a dining reservation at Tokyo Dining. While it is not guaranteed, you may request a window seat when you arrive. Doing this offers a great view of the fireworks show.

American Adventure

Find a spot along the water in the American Adventure pavilion, on either side of the American Gardens Theater. Please note, guests are not permitted to go into the theater area to watch the show and it will be roped off.

Italy

Although there are often private events taking place in this area, there are a few spots in the Italy Pavilion that offer a great view of the show. Be sure to find a spot along the water, with the projection screens in clear view. This spot includes a clear view of Spaceship Earth as well.

Mexico

In Mexico, stand near the dock or just past the restaurant in the Mexico pavilion.

If you want to eat as you watch, get a reservation for La Hacienda de San Angel later in the evening. Request a window seat upon arrival.

Outside of the Park

Although Harmonious features projections that certainly add to the show experience, if you would like to watch the fireworks, there are several spots outside of the park that offers a good view. For example, along Disney’s Boardwalk, it’s easy to find a spot and enjoy the show.

If you are staying at one of the EPCOT resorts, it’s possible that you could see the fireworks right from your balcony! This is also the case at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort.

At Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, head up to Toledo for a great meal on the rooftop and a breathtaking view of the parks.

At Disney’s Riviera Resort, Topolino’s Terrace offers a signature dining experience with a view.

Tips and Tricks

• There are several great spots to watch the show around the World Showcase. A good rule of thumb is to make sure that you have a clear view of the screens in the center of the World Showcase Lagoon.
• Like at the Magic Kingdom, you may notice that some people stake out those prime spots early. However, it is possible to get a great spot 30-45 minutes prior to showtime.
• Prior to the pandemic, there were dessert parties available for booking with a Frozen This is not currently available. However, it is possible to book a private cruise or dining package with special seating.
