The much-anticipated return of the Halloween party has been announced! With it comes the return of many beloved fall festivities, including the parade and special fireworks show. This is your complete guide to Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party.
Halloween with Disney Magic
This specially ticketed event takes place on select nights at the Magic Kingdom during the Halloween season. When you see the pumpkins go up along Main Street, you know it’s almost time for the spooky season!
The party features many special activities and entertainment that are not typically available during the day. Guests can dress in costume and come celebrate the spooky season with a special firework show, trick-or-treating, and more! All activities are family-friendly and also include favorite Disney friends.

With the return of the party comes the return of the beloved entertainment, taking place throughout the evening.
Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade
This beloved and spooky parade is sure to get you into the spirit of Halloween! It returns twice nightly during the party and features villains, ghosts, and iconic Disney Characters. Join Mickey, Minnie, and all of their friends and foes in this spooktacular procession down Main Street U.S.A.
Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular
Lift your eyes to the skies above Cinderella Castle as Jack Skellington hosts this frightfully fun fireworks show. Join Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Goofy as they go on a journey through a haunted house that proves anything can happen on Halloween! Featuring state-of-the-art projections, lights, and fireworks, this show can’t be missed!
Hocus Pocus Villain Spectacular
They will put a spell on you! Don’t miss the Sanderson Sisters in their wickedly fun stage show at Cinderella Castle.
The Cadaver Dans Barbershop Quartet
The Cadaver Dans are ready for guests to gather around and listen to their haunting melodies and share some laughter! Their performances take place throughout the party so don’t miss your chance to enjoy some tunes and howl with laughter as they entertain!

As you enjoy all of the Halloween festivities, you may work up an appetite! Luckily, there is plenty of Halloween-inspired food and beverages available for purchase during the party!
Then, be sure to do some shopping! There is no better way to bring the party home than by grabbing some not-so-scary souvenirs!
Plus, in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Walt Disney World Resort, there are some new additions to the party this year!
- New 3D Photo Backdrops: Found throughout the park, these are the spots to get your picture-perfect shot!
- A Reusable Treat Bag: Fill this bag with candy and take it home! It features a design inspired by the 50th-anniversary celebration and Halloween!
- A Commemorative Print: Take home this keepsake-themed to Halloween and the 50th-anniversary celebration.
Trick-or-Treating and Costumes
As you explore the lands of the Magic Kingdom, be sure to fill up your complimentary treat bags with a variety of goodies!
If you have a food allergy, see a Cast Member to get your teal-colored treat bag. You will receive a teal token at each station that can be redeemed for allergy-friendly treats.
For this special event, costumes are encouraged. There are a few guidelines to keep in mind as you plan your outfits. Costumes must be family-friendly and may not be offensive or violent. One of the highlights of this event is the creativity that comes out throughout the party as you see everyone’s outfits!

Event Times & Details
The party takes place from 7:00 pm to midnight. Ticket holders will be able to enter the Magic Kingdom as early as 4:00 pm on their ticket date, to enjoy even more time in the park.
If you have an annual pass or are a Disney Vacation Club member, you can save $10 per ticket on select nights.
Guests staying at select hotels at the Walt Disney World Resort can begin purchasing tickets as early as May 12, 2022. All other guests can begin purchasing tickets on May 18, 2022.
