Whether you are looking for a fun-filled day with little ones or you are a thrill-seeker, there is truly something for everyone! However, did you know that the shows are a great way to enjoy some quality entertainment and even take a break from the Florida heat? There are wonderful options in each park to choose from! Magic Kingdom

At the Magic Kingdom, many of the attractions are perfect for guests of all ages, even the youngest visitors! There are shows throughout the day on the stage in front of Cinderella Castle, as well as some options that are indoors in various locations. In the evening, you don’t want to miss the nighttime spectaculars as fireworks fill the sky!

Country Bear Jamboree

Come to Grizzly Hall and take a seat at this country-western-themed show featuring a cast of singing bears! This 16-minute show is a classic, performing daily at the Magic Kingdom since 1971!

Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire

This delightful show features Mickey and his friends on the stage in front of Cinderella Castle, as they celebrate friendship! Featuring beloved Disney friends from The Princess and the Frog, Tangled, and Frozen, there is plenty of fun and magic along the way! You won’t want to miss this show filled with magic and music, along with Mickey and friends in their fancy EARidescent outfits!

Mickey’s PhilharMagic

Head to the Concert Hall with your 3D opera glasses to enjoy this 12-minute show where Disney magic is combined with beloved Disney songs! Donald Duck is on an adventure like no other when he puts on Mickey’s Sorcerer’s Hat and is taken away to relive beloved Disney films and songs. Featuring sequences from Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid, The Lion King, and more, this show is a stunning experience, presented for the first time in 3D!

Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor

This interactive comedy show takes guests inside the laugh factory in Monstropolis! Join Mike Wazowski and his friends at a comedy club designed to crack you up! They love to engage the audience and you may even be a part of the show! This show is inspired by the Disney and Pixar films Monsters, Inc. and Monsters University.

Walt Disney’s Carousel of Progress

Journey through the 20th century and explore the evolution of technology. Featuring the classic song “There’s A Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow”, this attraction was inspired by the original show that debuted at the New York World’s Fair in 1964. It is sure to evoke feelings of nostalgia as you go through time with four generations, exploring progress and the great big beautiful tomorrow!

Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room

This show features a fun song, lively tropical birds, and colorful flowers. Enjoy the vibes of the South Pacific as you sing along with the birds! This show debuted at Disneyland Park in 1963 and was a first of its kind! It features groundbreaking technology with 225 choreographed audio-animatronic birds

Nighttime Shows

Disney Enchantment

This all-new nighttime spectacular debuted just in time for the 50th anniversary of the Walt Disney World Resort. This show features amazing special effects that extend all the way down Main Street, U.S.A.! As you go on a journey filled with magic, join Disney characters from classic and recent Disney and Pixar films including Sleeping Beauty, Coco, Frozen, and more! You are bound to discover that you only have to look inside yourself to find the magic and make your dreams come true!

Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular

Anything can happen on Halloween! During this show, hosted by Jack Skellington, Mickey and friends embark on a special Halloween adventure to a haunted house filled with spooky friends and even some Disney villains! This show is featured exclusively during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.

Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks

This show is hosted by Minnie Mouse and is the perfect way to get into the holiday spirit! The skies above the Magic Kingdom will light up with festive holiday colors as Cinderella Castle is transformed with holiday-themed projections. Be sure to listen as your beloved carols such as Deck the Halls and We Wish You a Merry Christmas are played during the show. This show is exclusively presented during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.

EPCOT

At EPCOT, there are different experiences or shows at nearly every pavilion in the World Showcase. Many of these entertainment options are indoors, offering a break from the Florida heat. In the evening, there are plenty of opportunities for a great view of Harmonious, the all-new nighttime show. This show takes place on the World Showcase Lagoon.

The American Adventure

This epic retelling of American history features 25 audio-animatronic figures, patriotic songs, and a 72-foot screen. Join your guides, Mark Twain and Benjamin Franklin, as they take you through some of the events that helped build our nation.

Awesome Planet

This 10-minute film, located in the Land Pavilion, features stunning views from around the globe. It tells the story of all living things on our planet. In partnership with the Disney Conservation Fund, the film includes in-theater effects to explore why it’s vital to care for it.

Beauty and the Beast Sing-Along

Enjoy the beloved tale as old as time, but with a twist! Sit down in the cozy French theater to enjoy a 15-minute film retelling the story of Belle and her Beast. Don’t forget to sing along to all your favorite songs from the movie including Be Our Guest. While you’re waiting to enter the theater, take a peek at the gallery cases celebrating French storytelling with costumes, music, and artwork that brought the stories to life.

Disney and Pixar Short Film Festival

Grab a pair of 3D glasses and take a seat to enjoy three wonderful short films and fun in-theater effects.

Eat to the Beat Concert Series presented by Florida Blue Medicare

This concert series takes place during the EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival. After a day of eating around the world, enjoy live music into the evening. On select nights, big-name performers will have you dancing and singing along. Local musicians also perform for the remainder of the nights so there is always a reason to dance!

EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays – Candlelight Processional

During the holiday season, watch as a celebrity narrator retells the story of Christmas with beautiful songs of the season performed by a full orchestra and choir.

EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival – Garden Rocks Concert Series

This live concert series takes place during the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival. The concerts take place at the America Gardens Theatre.

Impressions de France

This 18-minute film features the many reasons to love France. Journey through the Loire Valley, the Cheverny Forest, the Palace of Versailles, and more as you explore the charm and beauty of this European country.

JAMMitors

Join this fun clean-up crew for a concert like no other! Featuring the unlikeliest of instruments, these percussionists will have you tapping along to the beat as they drum throughout the day at EPCOT.

Matsuriza

As you explore the World Showcase, be sure to stop in the Japan Pavilion to experience Taiko, an ancient form of Japanese drumming. Turtle Talk with Crush

Take a seat at the Turtle Talk theater and have a 15-minute chat with Crush. Ask him anything that comes to your mind, whether it’s about marine biology and his friends under the sea or what he prefers to eat! He may even introduce you to some of his other undersea pals including Marlin, Nemo, and Dory! The show is improvised so it is different each time and is full of laughs for all ages!

Voices of Liberty

Step into The American Adventure Pavilion for an inspiring performance from this a cappella group. Their beautiful melodies are sure to delight you as the dome above perfectly amplifies the sound of their voices.

Nighttime Show

Harmonious

This all-new nighttime spectacular is one of the largest ever created for a Disney Park. It is at the heart of the EPCOT transformation and celebrates cultures around the world. With stunning lights, pyrotechnics, and beloved Disney songs, this show will help you discover how Disney music and stories can unite people around the world.

 

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

At Disney’s Hollywood Studios, beloved Disney movies and television are brought to life with shows that take place throughout the park. From broadway-style entertainment to sing-alongs, and nighttime spectaculars, you will love all of the great entertainment options.

For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration

It’s time to celebrate Arendelle! Join the Arendelle Historians for an enchanting retelling of the beloved story of the Arendelle sisters. As you listen to the story, be sure to let it go and sing along to all of your favorites. There are plenty of laughs along the way and even some special guests! Indiana JonesTM Epic Stunt Spectacular

Relive all the suspense and thrills from the adventures of Indiana Jones and Marion as they perform incredible stunts that will have you on the edge of your seat! Then, learn all the secrets behind the magic as they share an insider’s look at how the stunts are done.

Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy

Join Lightning McQueen and learn what it takes to be a championship racer! Lightning and the gang, including Tow Mater, Cruz Ramirez, and more show what he has learned throughout his career. That includes knowing what to do when there are bumps in the road! Will he win the race? Stop by and find out!

Muppet*Vision 3D

At Disney’s Hollywood Studios, head to the perfect replica of the Muppet Theater from the classic series, The Muppet Show. Then, join Kermit and all of his friends as they take you on a tour of their lab. It’s an adventure for all ages filled with 3-D special effects and laughs that only the Muppets can bring!

Wonderful World of Animation

This projection show takes you on an exciting journey celebrating over 90 years of Disney and Pixar animated films. The Chinese Theatre is transformed into a stunning tribute to animation featuring scenes from many beloved films including Sleeping Beauty, Coco, and many more. Of course, the show begins and ends with the one and only Mickey Mouse!

Disney’s Animal Kingdom

Disney’s Animal Kingdom celebrates animals from around the world and the entertainment and shows bring beloved Disney animals to life on stage and around the park. Shows, such as the award-winning Festival of the Lion King, feature music and characters from the films. Other shows include Feathered Friends in Flight, which provides insight into some of the beautiful animals living at the park.

Disney KiteTails

This all-new show is a part of the World’s Most Magical Celebration. It features beloved Disney characters taking to the sky above the Discovery River Lagoon. Throughout the day, enjoy one of two unique shows, inspired by the Disney animated classics The Lion King and The Jungle Book.

Feathered Friends in Flight!

Animal behavior specialists offer a special behind-the-scenes look at some of the beautiful birds that live at Disney’s Animal Kingdom park during this unique show. The hosts give insight into how they train and care for each bird and there is plenty of fun and flying throughout the whole show!

Festival of the Lion King

It is time…and he just can’t wait to be king! This show features beloved songs, acrobatics, puppetry, and more celebrating the classic movie, The Lion King. Join Simba, Timon, Pumbaa, and their friends for this one-of-a-kind celebration. Showtimes are listed on the My Disney Experience mobile app.

Finding Nemo: The Big Blue…and Beyond!

This all-new stage show features puppets, singers, and more based on the beloved movie Finding Nemo. The show features an all-new point of view but all of the characters that you know and love! Check the My Disney Experience mobile app for show times.

It’s Tough to be a Bug!

Hidden at the base of the Tree of Life, step into this theater to become an honorary insect and enjoy a delightful 3D movie and live show featuring characters from A Bug’s Life. Don’t forget your pair of “bug eye” glasses so that you can learn about how insects survive out in the wild!

Planning Tips and Tricks

  • There are many different shows throughout each of the four Walt Disney World Resort theme parks. The indoor shows are a great way to take a break from the Florida heat, especially if you are visiting during the summer months!
  • If you are using Disney Genie+, you have the option to select a return time for many of the shows. Although there may be better ways to use Genie+, selecting one of the shows is a good way to ensure that you get a seat!
