Great news for guests visiting Disney’s Animal Kingdom this fall! The Beacon of Magic light and music show will return to the Tree of Life on October 1st!

The nighttime show hasn’t been shown since April due to the later sunset and the park hours. Now, with the days getting shorter the nighttime magic will soon return to Disney’s Animal Kingdom! Starting October 1st the show will begin at 7:45 pm with park close at 8 pm. This show is the perfect way to end your day at Disney’s Animal Kingdom!

The Beacons of Magic are nightly moments where icons at Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom come to life and light up the night. The magic comes from a combination of incredible lighting/projection effects and music. They can be found on Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom, Spaceship Earth at EPCOT, the Tower of Terror at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and the Tree of Life at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Each of these moments is magical in its own way and offer little extra doses of magic to the 50th Anniversary celebration of Walt Disney World Resort.

You should definitely add the Beacon of Magic at Animal Kingdom to your plans this fall and winter!
