The Disney Fantasy is one of six(soon to be more)ships in the Disney Cruise Line fleet currently sailing. Ship Overview
The Disney Fantasy first set sail in 2012 and is the sister ship to the Disney Dream. This ship includes 1,250 staterooms, most of which are outside rooms. The total capacity for the ship is 4,000 passengers. There are a variety of activities and dining options available on the ship, with three restaurants included in the main rotational dining each evening. It is a great choice for a cruise vacation, with all the magic one expects from Disney.

In true Disney style, all inside staterooms feature a Magical Porthole. These provide guests with a real-time view outside, reflecting the actual location of the stateroom. Cameras provide live video on a flat-screen monitor disguised as a porthole.
Be on the lookout for some Disney magic because you never know who you might see floating by! It may be a pirate ship or your favorite Disney friend! The Magical Porthole can be easily turned off at bedtime and back on again in the morning with a switch.

When you sail with Disney Cruise Line, you enjoy the unique rotational dining on board all cruises. This ensures that guests enjoy each of the main restaurants on the ship for their main dining experience each night.
There are also additional dining experiences available that do not require reservations. For example, guests have a choice of breakfast and lunch options each day, including the sit-down restaurants that are open. Room service is also available 24 hours a day. Some experiences have an extra fee, such as the adult-only restaurants where reservations are also required.
Animator’s Palate
This restaurant celebrates the art of Disney storytelling and the animation process that brings beloved characters to life. It is available as part of the rotational dining onboard all Disney Cruise Line ships. The menu includes a delicious array of options featuring appetizers and entrees with amazing flavors from the Pacific Islands, Asia, and California. Finish your meal with your choice of sweet treats as well. For an extra cost, guests 21 years of age and older may also choose from various wines and specialty drinks.
Enchanted Garden
Walk into this elegant and airy restaurant, complete with a Mickey Mouse fountain. This restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Dinner is part of guests’ rotational dining schedule with reserved tables, while breakfast and lunch are open seating.
The menu features choices that match the restaurant’s vibe and change seasonally. Options may include North Atlantic lobster ravioli, curried carrot and apple soup, roasted pork tenderloin, and more. For an extra cost, guests 21 years of age and older may also choose from various wines and specialty drinks.
Royal Court
Feast like royalty at this restaurant, offering French and American cuisine inspired by Disney princesses.
Breakfast and lunch are open seating and include delicious options such as French toast and omelets.
Dinner is reserved seating and a part of the rotational dining. The menu includes a 4-course meal with your choice of a dessert sure to satisfy every sweet tooth. For an extra cost, guests 21 years of age and older may also choose from various wines and specialty drinks.
Royal Court Tea
Take your prince or princess to a tea party featuring beloved Disney characters. This specially priced dining experience, available for an additional fee, includes herbal teas and 2 courses. Plus, guests – age 3 to 12 – will delight in a meet-and-greet with Disney royalty. Each child will also receive an assortment of gifts as a keepsake.
Cabanas
This restaurant takes you straight out to the breezy boardwalk, with a vibrant theme and décor. It is open seating for breakfast and lunch and includes a variety of food stations. For dinner, enjoy a table service meal where your food is cooked to order in the show kitchen. Guests are invited to dine at Cabanas for dinner in place of their scheduled main dining.
Palo
Located on Deck 12, this adult-exclusive dining experience includes delicious Northern Italian cooking and impeccable service. Reservations are required and there is a dress code for this restaurant. For men, a collared shirt with dress pants or slacks are recommended and a dress, skirt, or pants and blouse for women. This dining experience is available at an extra charge per guest.
Remy
This adult-exclusive restaurant offers the most luxurious dining experience onboard and features gourmet French-inspired cuisine. There are a variety of dining experiences available including brunch, dinner, or a dessert experience. Reservations are required and there is a strict dress code. There is an extra charge per guest for these dining experiences.
Flo’s Café
This outdoor eatery features three different food stations serving burgers, pizza, and more. It is located on Deck 11, near the pool area.
Eye Scream Treats
Did someone say unlimited ice cream? This is the place to get it! Enjoy a selection of soft-serve ice cream from this eatery named after Mike Wazowski! It is located on deck 11, opposite of Flo’s Café, near the pool area.
Frozone Treats
Enjoy a refreshing smoothie or Dole Whip at this poolside spot named after the beloved superhero in The Incredibles movies. These treats are available for an extra fee.
Sweet on You
Head to this sweet shop for a variety of specialty ice cream, cookies, and more. Choose from 20 different gelatos, 16 ice cream flavors, and a full range of toppings! First-Run Movies
Throughout your cruise, movies are shown in the theaters onboard the ship. Some of these movies are beloved, older favorites but sometimes, it’s a first-run, new movie. The Disney Cruise Line Navigator app will have all of the details to help you plan.
Daily Activities
Throughout the day and evening on your cruise, there is always something happening! During the day, enjoy activities such as trivia, animation experiences, games, and more. In the evenings, adults can enjoy karaoke, a silent DJ party, happy hour, and more in the adults-only area of the ship. Kids will love the pajama party and other evening activities at the kids’ clubs. The Disney Cruise Line Navigator app is the place to look for the most up-to-date schedule of activities.
Themed Nights
Depending on the length of your cruise, there are several opportunities to dress up and even get a bit fancy on your cruise. There are formal, semi-formal, and pirate nights on sailings that are 7 nights. During the fall season, guests can dress up in their favorite Halloween costumes too on the Halloween on the High Seas sailings.
On these themed nights, be on the lookout for your favorite Disney friends dressed in their finest attire – from formal wear to pirate outfits! There are also photographers ready to help you preserve those cruise memories!

Pools
AquaDuck
This water coaster is the first of its kind at sea and is found onboard both the Disney Fantasy and the Disney Dream. It is located on Deck 12, Aft and this exhilarating water slide shouldn’t be missed! It includes a 2-person raft that takes riders up, down, and off the ship’s side! It also includes a 4-deck drop! Guests must be at least 42″ to ride this attraction and single riders must be at least 54″ to ride.
Mickey’s Pool
This pool is shaped like Mickey Mouse himself and is a great spot for little ones to play. Located on Deck 11, Midship, it is found close to Donald’s Pool and right next to Mickey’s Pool Slide. Mickey’s pool slide is designed for guests ages 4 to 14 and is a bright yellow slide with twists and turns, starting one deck above the pool. Kids can splash down the slide, ending right next to the pool! If you get hungry, this pool area is convenient to several quick-service dining options on the same deck.
Donald’s Pool
This pool is located on Deck 11, midship, and is open daily. This family pool is the perfect spot for guests of all ages to cool down and splash together.
AquaLab
This water playground on Deck 12, Aft, is designed for guests ages 3 and older. There is plenty of fun waiting, thanks to Donald’s mischievous nephews! The fun includes raining showerheads, pop jets, geysers, and more that are ready to spray kids as they play! There are many interactive elements, including moving wheels and levers.
Nemo’s Reef
This water play area is perfect for younger children, with character figures and plenty of fun! Designed for children age 3 and under, this play area includes a kid-sized waterslide, fun water play opportunities, shaded sun protection, a soft wet-deck surface, and a glass enclosure with the main guest entrance.
Quiet Cove Pool
This adult-only retreat is located on Deck 11 and is one of the ship’s best-kept secrets! This is the spot to relax with a drink in a tranquil setting or head over to the whirlpool spa, located just steps away.
Satellite Falls
This adult-exclusive wading pool is the perfect place to sit and relax in a peaceful location, with a cascade of water gently coming from the giant sphere design. Take in the top-deck ocean views on the Satellite Sun Deck, located nearby, with a shaded area and lounge chairs.
Sports & Fun
Goofy’s Sports Deck
This sunny spot on Deck 13 includes games and fun for all ages. Try your hand at the miniature golf course featuring Goofy and his son Max and 9 interactive holes. There is also a basketball court and virtual sports simulators with realistic graphics and sounds. Various packages are available for purchase.
In addition, head to Deck 4 to enjoy the running track that takes you on a 400-yard lap around the ship. Then, try your hand at a game of shuffleboard, also located on Deck 4.
Midship Detective Agency
Can you solve the mystery and help Mickey and his friends crack the case? This interactive game is fun for guests ages 9 and older. Start on Deck 5 to pick up your casebook and uniquely barcoded detective badge. Then, head out on this self-guided journey and unveil clues from more than 20 “enchanted” artworks around the ship! There are several possible endings and randomized events that provide a different experience each time you play.

Head to this elegant spa with an ocean view and choose from various high-end treatments and services in a peaceful and relaxing setting. Spa services include massages, body wraps, facials, and more. Salon services such as teeth whitening, manicures, and hairstyling are also available.
Senses Spa Villa Services and Treatments are offered in private suites inspired by the Mediterranean. Guests may relax in a soothing whirlpool or enjoy ocean breezes from a shaded Roman bed. Each reservation here includes a tea ceremony, a bathing ritual of your choice, and a foot cleansing ceremony. Several other treatments are available for purchase too, including options for couples.

Ports of Call
Itineraries will vary depending on the length of your cruise. Please note that sometimes, the ship may not be able to dock, pending weather conditions. If the ship cannot dock, it will change to another Day at Sea and additional activities will be added for guests.
Eastern Caribbean
This itinerary typically features stops in Tortola and St. Thomas. Enjoy excursions such as sailing, a day at the Baths, and more.
Western Caribbean
This itinerary typically includes stops in Jamaica (Falmouth), Mexico (Cozumel), and Grand Cayman. There are many port adventures to choose from, including a dolphin swim, exploring Dunn’s River Falls, Tequila tastings, private tours, and more.

Castaway Cay is Disney’s private island and is included in most Caribbean sailings. This private island offers so much for guests to see and do. From snorkeling in the crystal blue waters to playing on the waterslides, enjoying a stingray interaction, or relaxing in a private cabana, there is something for everyone at Castaway! Characters often make appearances as well. A buffet lunch is included during your visit and an adults-only section called Serenity Bay.
Getting to the Port
There are several ways to get to the Port to board your cruise. Here are a few suggestions to help you plan:
- Disney Transportation: If you need transportation to the port and you are flying into Orlando, there are Disney Cruise Line buses available to take you to the port for an additional fee. These buses can pick you up at a Disney Resort Hotel or at the Orlando International Airport.
- Private Transfer: Another option if traveling from an airport is to book a private transfer. There are several companies, such as Florida Magical Tours, that will pick you up and take you to the port to board your cruise. If you are traveling with young children, car seats are often available.
- Uber/Lyft: Depending on your location and the size of your travel party, you can utilize a ride-share service that will drop you off at the port. Please note that this option may not always be available with car seats, as they are subject to availability.
- Driving & Parking at the Port or a local hotel: There are several hotels near Port Canaveral that offer packages with a shuttle to the port.
