Foodie Guide Released for Disneyland Resort’s “Plaza de la Familia”

Disneyland Resort’s famous Dia de los Muertos celebration “Plaza de la Familia” returns again this year, & Disney has finally released the highly-anticipated foodie guide for the 2023 event!

The “Plaza de la Familia” event is held annually at Disney California Adventure Park from September 1st-November 2nd, celebrating the popular Disney/Pixar hit “Coco” as well as all things Die De Los Muertos, including decorations, entertainment, characters , music, and, of course, FOOD! But it’s not just DCA that gets in on the yummy food – there’s treats for the entire family to enjoy all across the Disneyland Resort!

Here are all the mouth-watering goodies to expect for the 2023 Season:

Paradise Garden Grill

  • Chile Verde Chicken Flautas topped with avocado spread, shredded lettuce, crema, queso fresco, tomatillo salsa, and pickled onions served with Spanish rice and pinto beans
  • Tacos Estilo Callejero: Trio of sirloin beef tacos with escabèche, Spanish rice, and pinto beans
  • Carnitas Burrito: House-made pork carnitas, Spanish rice, pinto beans, and salsa verde served with house-made tortilla chips
  • Chorizo Quesadilla: Poblano, onions, and mozzarella topped with cilantro crema and served with salsa roja and escabèche (Plant-based)
