General tickets for the upcoming “Oogie Boogie Bash” at the Disneyland Resort will resume sales on Tuesday, July 11th, no earlier than 9am PT, Disney announced.

The annual Halloween party held at Disney California Adventure Park has become a fan-favorite in recent years, consistently selling out within just a few weeks of ticket releases & creating massive demand on Disney servers. This year, general ticket sales were set to begin on June 29th (with Magic Key pre-sales on June 27th). However, ticket servers for the event began experiences issues just a few hours into general sales on June 29th, leading Disney to announce an indefinite pause on sales until a later date. A few lucky guests were able to breakthrough the over-whelmed servers & land tickets for the Halloween event, but most guests were left waiting until the resuming of ticket sales on July 11th.

Disney released the following statement’s on June 29th to those attempting to purchase tickets:

As of this moment, all dates are still available for 2023’s Oogie Boogie Bash, which run from September 5th until October 31st. There will be a total of 25 party dates in that time, with prices ranging from $134 to $189 per person for the event. Specific event details for this year’s party can be found here.

In 2022, Oogie Boogie Bash dates began selling out around 24 hours after tickets were released to the general public, with all dates officially selling out in just over a week. Similar (if not higher) demand is expected for the 2023 version of the party, so guests interested in attending should attempt to purchase tickets as soon as possible.

The queue to purchase tickets will open no earlier than 9am Pacific Time on Disneyland.com. Per Disney, entering the queue does not guarantee the ability to purchase tickets, & dates may sell out at any times. Entering the queue from multiple servers on the same device will not increase guest’s odds at being able to purchase tickets, as each server will default to the first server used to enter the queue.
