Guests visiting Super Nintendo World™ at Universal Studios Hollywood are in for a treat, as a brand new interactive game wall has debuted inside the fan-favorite land. Based on the world-famous Super Mario™ characters, this new innovative experience challenges guests to interact & play in an entirely new way, & is located within the second-story Frosted Glacier area of the Super Nintendo World™ land.

While the new wall is open for all guests to play & interact with, it will be even more special for those wearing their Power-Up Band™, as guests can collect digital coins and stamps while keeping track of their score each & every time they play the new challenge.

Once entering the Frosted Glacier area, guests will descend on the beautiful new interactive wall. The game play begins once a guest punches the “Question Block,” beginning one of four separate game-play features. According to Universal, “one of four Power-Up items – Fire Flower, Ice Flower, Super Mushroom or Super Star – appear on the screen. Next,, guests can tap their Power-Up item and use it by swiping or tapping to defeat Goombas and Red and Green Koopa Paratroopas or tapping brick blocks as they flash by which earns them coins. The goal is to collect as many points as possible before the timed activity concludes.”

Because this impressive new game has FOUR separate Power-Up items, guests can keep coming back for more (and more!) as they are challenged in a different way each time!

After debuting to the public in February of 2023, Super Nintendo World has been a massive hit for Universal Studios Hollywood. The park is currently celebrating the one-year anniversary of the new land, which has included a commemorative, special-release Golden Power-Up Band™, complimentary 1-Year Anniversary Button’s to all guests, and the all-new Power Up Cafe located on the Upper Lot of the theme park, inviting guests to power up with specialty food & drink outside of the land itself.

Along with this brand new interactive game wall, the Super Nintendo World land also features the groundbreaking “Mario Kart™: Bowser’s Challenge” ride, as well as a plethora of interactive activities throughout the land.
