Every EPCOT fan knows that Living with the Land is one of the BEST rides in the park. What’s not to love about a ride that takes you through a natural, living greenhouse?  Only a few things can make this ride better, and one of them is the overlay we get during the holiday season. And now you can extend that festive feeling with the all new Behind the Seeds: Glimmering Greenhouses tour.

What is Behind the Seeds

It’s the walking tour that goes beyond Living with the Land and takes you on a tour of The Land Pavillion. From November 29th to December 30th, you can experience the Behind the Seeds: Glimmering Greenhouses tour, a festive take on the standard tour where you’ll:

• Learn about crops that bring festive flavors to many of our holiday traditions.
• Enjoy brilliant light displays.
• Explore hydroponic greenhouses and discover sustainable growing techniques used to bring the Glimmering Greenhouses to life!

How to Book

Advanced reservations are highly recommended for the Behind the Seeds: Glimmering Greenhouses tour, which will only be available at 6pm and 7pm nightly, and space is limited (the regular version of the tour will still take place during the day). You can make reservations online or via the My Disney Experience App.

The Behind the Seeds: Glimmering Greenhouses tour is $45 per person and is suitable for all ages.

• Valid admission is required. A theme park reservation may be required based on admission type.
• You’ll be on your feet for the whole hour of this walking tour. With that in mind, make sure you wear comfortable shoes.
• Please be aware that the tour highlights listed above are subject to change.
• Please check in 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour at the lower level of The Land Pavilion near the attraction exit.
• There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Full price will be charged/forfeited if the Guest cancels within one day or fails to show up for the reservation.
• Guests must be at least 3 years of age to participate in this tour.
• A paying adult must accompany guests under the age of 18.

Make sure to save time before or after the tour to ride Living with the Land after the sun goes down to get the whole holiday overlay experience; it is one of my favorite must-do rides during the holiday season and is a great way to end your day at EPCOT.
