Flavor, fun, & celebration are just around the corner as Universal Orlando‘s Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval is less then 3 months away! Universal guests can let the good times roll at this fan-favorite Mardi Gras celebration, running from February 3rd – April 7th, 2024. The event features incredible entertainment, festive celebrations & food, and impressive decorations.

Universal Orlando’s Mardi Gras celebrations began in 1996 and have grown steadily every single year to what is now one of the biggest theme park parties of the entire year! 2024’s version – International Flavors of Carnaval – will take place at Universal Studios Florida, and will be headlined by the wildly popular Mardi Gras parade. The parade will be complete with colorful flying beads (some of which will be flying into the crowd for guests to grab!), dazzling multi-story floats, and energetic street performers. Plus, the “Mardi Gras Float Ride and Dine Experience” will also return for 2024, allowing guests to take their celebration to the next level with a festive three-course meal at Universal Orlando followed by the exclusive opportunity to join in on the fun by reserving a spot atop a Mardi Gras float during the parade.

The Mardi Gras Float Ride and Dine Experience includes one appetizer, one entrée, one dessert and one non-alcoholic beverage starting at $84.99 plus tax per person, as well as one Mardi Gras parade float rider reservation on the same day. The three-course meal dinner can be reserved at one of four Universal locations: Finnegan’s Bar & Grill; Lombard’s Seafood Grille; Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar; or NBC Sports Grill & Brew.

Outside of the famed parade, International Flavors of Carnaval will also feature the return of high-profile live concerts by top-name talent, a truly incredible highlight of Universal Mardi Gras events.
