Universal Studios Hollywood’s Fast & Furious Experience Closing Permanently on March 11th

| | |

“Fast & Furious – Supercharged” at Universal Studios Hollywood’s world-famous Studio Tour will see it’s last riders on March 10th of this year, as Universal invites guests and fans of the Fast & Furious franchise to experience the attraction one last time before closing in just a few weeks.

The finale segment on the tour will close to make way for a thrilling new experience at Universal Studios Hollywood when “Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift” launches as the destination’s first-ever, high-speed outdoor roller coaster in 2026.

“Fast & Furious—Supercharged,” inspired by the popular Fast & Furious franchise, launched in 2015 and has entertained millions of guests, taking them on an exhilarating, virtual high-speed 3D chase to save one of their own from an international crime cartel.

The closure of this attraction will pave the way for an exciting all-new Studio Tour attraction to be announced soon, replacing the current building that houses the Fast & Furious segment.

This news will have no impact on Universal Orlando Resort’s own “Fast & Furious – Supercharged,” as that attraction is not expected to see any changes at this time. The Universal Studios Florida version of the attraction opened in 2018 as a near-direct clone of the Hollywood Studio Tour experience, though as a full, stand-alone attraction with it’s own queue.
